Return for Online Orders

You can return or exchange your online order either through a home pick-up or by visiting a store. Initiate your return or exchange online by clicking here.

  • For home pick-ups, a fee of INR 250 will be charged and deducted from your credit note. Once the pick-up is scheduled, a carrier will collect the package from your delivery address within 5 working days.
  • To return or exchange an item in-store, locate your nearest store here. Use the email ID and order number from your purchase. For gift returns, a gift card will be issued instead of contacting the original purchaser. Provide the purchase email and order number to proceed.
  • Any charges paid for shipping or gift wrapping will also be deducted from your credit note amount.

For In-Store Purchases

  • Items purchased in-store can only be returned or exchanged at a physical store location.

  • Please note: In-store purchases are not eligible for home pick-up returns. However, you’re welcome to return or exchange both online and in-store purchases at any of our store locations; just bring the item along with your purchase receipt.
  • To make it easier, you can visit any Sandur Kendra store, regardless of where the original purchase was made.

How to Return

Conditions for Returns

  • Return Window
    Online purchases: 15 days from the delivery date.
    In-store purchases: 15 days from the purchase date.
    Please note, return or exchange requests will only be accepted once.
  • Item Condition
    Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags.
  • Return Location
    For your convenience, returns or exchanges can be made at any Sandur Kendra store, no matter which store the original purchase was made.
  • Credit Note or Exchange
    For accepted returns, we’ll issue a credit note or exchange the item for another size in the same colour, style and design.
    Credit notes are valid for 1 month and can be used both online and in-store.
  • Sale Items
    Sale items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless defective. If an item arrives damaged, we’ll provide a replacement or, if unavailable, a credit note or refund.
  • Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items
    Report any issues within 48 hours here.

Returns Process

Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued for fulfilment errors, such as incorrect or missing items.
  • Unless you received the products in a poor/broken/damaged condition, we will send you a replacement of the same product. In the event of non-availability of the product, we will issue you a credit note/refund.
  • Refunds are not provided for the time or labour involved in product creation.
